Así que nos organizamos para la elaboracion de nuestro Dulce de Mango casero para ello necesitábamos los siguientes Ingredientes:
✓Mangos ya lavados y pelados, en esta ocasión usamos 22 unidades ya que en casa somos bastante.
✓Clavos de olor (especias).
✓Palitos de canela.
✓1/2 cucharada de sal.
✓400gr de azúcar.
Lo que hicimos posteriormente fue colocarlos en una olla grande, con agua, que de a medida de los mangos. no exceder de agua ya que no quedará tan espeso. lo dejamos cocinar a fuego lento, al hervir le añadimos la sal, las especias y la azúcar lo dejamos que se empiece a espesar y se haga el almíbar del mango. ese proceso de cocción es de aproximadamente 35min.
Una vez finalizado el tiempo de cocción de nuestros mangos, lo apagamos y dejamos que enfriara un poco para pasarlo a una refractaria o envase y llevarlo a refrigeración.
El resultado final fue un delicioso dulce, muy económico, fácil de realizar, ideal para darse un gusto. espero puedan darse la oportunidad de realizarlo. y deleitarse tanto como lo hicimos acá en casa.

But it turns out that when we saw those beautiful mangoes already at home, we decided to make dulce. i am not an expert cook, i must confess that i never make meals following recipes, but this one in particular is very easy to make and besides, when i was a child i used to see my relatives and neighbors making it.
So we organized ourselves for the elaboration of our homemade Mango Candy for it we needed the following ingredients:
✓Mangoes already washed and peeled, this time we used 22 units since at home we are enough.

✓Cinnamon sticks.
✓1/2 teaspoon of salt.
✓400gr of sugar.
What we did later was to place them in a large pot, with water, which should be the size of the mangoes. do not exceed the water because it will not be as thick. we let it cook over low heat, when it began to boil we added the salt, spices and sugar and let it begin to thicken and make the mango syrup. this cooking process takes approximately 35 minutes.
Once the cooking time of our mangoes is over, we turn it off and let it cool down a little bit to transfer it to a refractory or container and take it to refrigeration.
The end result was a delicious sweet, very economical, easy to make, ideal for a treat. I hope you can take the opportunity to make it and enjoy it as much as we did here at home.
