Hi bloggers and food lovers! Today I’m going to share another simple, easy, and filling recipe that doesn’t require many ingredients. I still have a few leftover crabsticks in the fridge, so this time I’m going to make some satisfying crabstick sushi. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
- 4 crabsticks
- 1 egg
- 4 sheets of nori/toasted seaweed
- cream cheese
- chili sauce
- 150 grams of cooked rice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- cooking oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the crabsticks and cut them into 2 pieces
- Cut the nori lengthwise and wrap it around the crabsticks like this
- Mash the ends of the crabsticks with a fork
- Crack 1 egg and add a pinch of salt and pepper
- Beat the egg until well combined
- Dip the crabsticks into the beaten egg
Fry pan the crabsticks briefly in a little oil
Remove and set aside
- Prepare warm cooked rice and place it in a bowl
- Add 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sprinkle toasted nori flakes on top
- Stir until well combined, then press the rice into a rice mold
- Press the rice into the mold, then place it on a plate
- Spread cream cheese over the rice, then add spicy sauce on top
- Top with toasted seaweed
- Place the egg-coated crabsticks on top of the rice
- Crabstick Egg Sushi is ready to eat
