Hi bloggers and food lovers. Lately, I've been enjoying trying out easy cookie recipes and making use of the ingredients I have. Today, I made a sweet snack that's crunchy and crispy. Let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of dark chocolate compound
- 40 grams of cocoa powder
- chocolate chips
- 230 ml of vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 300 grams of caster sugar
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- a pinch of salt
- chopped peanuts for topping
Steps:
- Melt the chocolate compound and oil over boiling water.
- Set aside.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
- Beat with a mixer until mixed.
- Then add the wheat flour, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, chocolate chips, and melted chocolate.
- Stir with a whisk.
- Transfer the batter into a piping bag and shape into rounds like this. I made two versions: round and square like this.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top square shape.
Bake in the oven at 302°F for 20 minutes.
For the square shape, cut into small pieces with a knife immediately after removing from the oven.
Let them cool.
- Crispy crunchy brownies are ready to eat.
