Hi hive food bloggers. Today I will share my simple and delicious cooking. I usually make this menu to take out of town because it's practical. It's spicy and savory. If you're a busy person and still want to cook by yourself, it could be one of my recommendation.
Ingredients:
- 50 grams of anchovies
- 150 grams of peanuts
- 100 grams chili
- vegetable oil
- shallots
- white onion
- salt
How to make:
- wash the anchovies thoroughly under running water and drain it
- wash the peanuts under running water and drain
- fry anchovies in hot oil on low heat, cook until done
- fry peanuts in hot oil until cooked
- blend chili, shallots, garlic until smooth and then heat vegetable oil and cook chili until cooked
- add anchovies and peanuts that have been fried
- mix it
- spicy anchovies and peanuts is ready to serve
