Here is a salad idea for the warm evenings where you do not really want to eat much and cook, but still want to have something delicious on the plate.
Arugula salad with figs, mozzarella, thinly sliced smoked ham, mint, parmesan, with a dressing of olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
It is also good to know that figs contain many important B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, calcium, biotin, are low in calories ( but only fresh - watch out for dried ! ), promote digestion, provide good nerves... so from now on we all eat figs and then nothing brings us out of the socket!!!!
From now on I have a new saying when someone is nervous:" Eat some figs and then we talk further"!!!
