Sometimes you have to improvise... also in terms of food... of course I could say now that it is a fusion between Spanish and Italian cuisine - tagliatelle with chorizo and green olives - but the truth is that when we came home a few minutes ago, we were suddenly all agreed (does not happen too often)... we had all been hungry.
And there it had to go quickly. Immediately. Immediately...
Tagliatelle were cooked in 3 minutes.
In olive oil fried onion, 6 small chorizos cut into thin slices, fried along and my dog sat on the floor next to me and was fully involved in cooking and has hypnotized me (chorizo effect it is called), tomato paste pure, water, pinch of sugar, all mixed, green, sliced olives, pure, seasoned with oregano, pepper, thyme and ready!!!!
Then I mixed the tagliatelle with the chorizo mixture And who wanted, has still made burrata on top (only I) and this quickly conjured meal was served!!!!
This all even took less than 15 minutes... not so bad or????
Would any of you eat with???
