This morning my husband bought 2 kilos of pork meat and he requested me to cook pork chop for our breakfast today. I just made it simple and easy to prepare. I just need this crispy fry to coat the pork and 1 pc. egg. Mix well, then a heat enough oil to cook the pork chop.
Cooking the pork chop into low setting of fire until it becomes golden brown. Approximately it was cooked for about 10 minutes each side.
Then we enjoyed this delicious pork chop for our breakfast today. Maybe Next time I will brine the meat to be juicier.
There was a bread pan bought yesterday so I just decided to cooked it for our snack today. The ingredients needed are:
Bread pan
1 can canned tuna
1 small carrot
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. condensed milk
2 boiled eggs
For coating:
Breadcrumbs
1 beaten egg
Join me as I prepare this easy snack that can be enjoyed by your family
First is to grate the carrots, then remove the oil in the canned tuna, mashed the boiled eggs. Then in a bowl mix all the ingredients.
Flatten the bread pan.
Now it’s time to fill then bread after flatting it. Get at least ½ tbsp. of the tuna mixture then put some beaten eggs to seal the bread.
For the coating, first is to coat the tuna pies in the beaten eggs then dip into the breadcrumbs. I made a total of 15 tuna pies on the ingredients provided.
I put the tuna pies on the fridge for 1 hour so that the coat will set before frying.
Cooking Time:
After 1 hour we can cook the tuna pies. In a low medium fire. Fry the tuna pies until golden brown. Then we can enjoy this delicious super easy recipe for tuna pie.
