Ingredients☑️ : ➤Some Puti fish ➤6/7 sliced radishes➤Cardamom ➤Cinnamon ➤Bay leaf ➤Cloves ➤Roller pepper ➤Ginger paste ➤Garlic paste ➤Salt ➤Red chili powder ➤Dhoniya powder ➤Turmeric powder ➤Jeera powder ➤A little water.
Step to step🔄 :
First, put oil in a pan and fry one cup of chopped onion and green chillies gently. Add cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, cloves etc. to it and fry slowly. Then add the putti fish and stir. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and stir well again. Then add ginger, garlic paste etc. and stir well again. Then add some water and fry the fish. Cover with a lid for a while. After frying the fish and radish, leave it for a while. That's it, our putti fish and radish roast is done.
Puti fish is a very important food in our life. This food becomes more delicious when cooked with other vegetables.
