feliz año a toda mi gente de hive les deseo mucha salud y prosperidad ,en especial a la comunidad Hivefood me complace estar con ustedes en este reto de sabores festivo donde el día de hoy les voy a compartir una receta tradicional de mi familia como es coctel de fruta con licor que se prepara para los 31 de diciembre ya es tradición hacerlo para brindar para recibir el año nuevo .

Ingredientes: licor , piña , guayaba , parchita , azúcar.
Ingredients: liquor, pineapple, guava, parchita, sugar.
Pasos: se coloca las frutas picadas en cuadritos en una olla u se pone al fuego y se sancochan, luego se coloca las frutas en la licuadora y se licuan y se va pasando por el colador ,después se le coloca la azúcar y se mueve hasta que la azúcar se disuelva al tener el jugo de las frutas ya ligadas y endulzadas se le va colocando el licor al gusto y así queda el sabroso coctel de mi familia.
Steps: place the diced fruits in a pot or put them on the fire and boil them, then place the fruits in the blender and blend them and pass them through the strainer, then add the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Once the juice of the fruits is mixed and sweetened, add the liqueur to taste and this is how my family's tasty cocktail turns out.
Las bebidas son típicas de las celebraciones por eso en esta fecha mi papa suele preparar este rico coctel de frutas con un suave toque de licor para brindar y compartir en familia.
