hola amigos por primera vez publico en esta comunidad,por lo que esta breve presentación creo que es importante,soy Hive account@zorili91,comienzo mis pasos por hive.

mientras puse a secar las cáscaras en una planchuela a la luz solar,ese proceso se lo demuestro en otra ocasión,concluido el tiempo.

Saque el bol de la nevera junto con el refresco que estaba en la jarra que nos quedaba y que ya previamente habia sio ante su consumo endulzado con edulcorante,porque realmente no poseia azúcar alguna,les recuerdo que la cocina no es mi area favorita de la casa.

poco a poco de manera despacio comence a incorporar este refresco para poder aprovecharlo y que sirviera de basesin que se perdiera el dulzor de las frutas naturales.

Al finalizar el proceso solamente la gama de colores y el aroma de las frutas,invitaban al paladar, y todos en la casa me lo agradecieron.

The kitchen is not at all my forte, and much less seeing these nice presentations but from time to time at home ahi to innovate, and I think it was nice to share this little experience I had this weekend.

The temperature is hot, the heat is overwhelming, and we all want something to cool off, so I check the fridge, there is only a little soda left, two mangos and two guavas.

I tell myself that I have to bring out my inspirational muse, so I made this fruit cocktail with a soda base.
the recipe I used was as follows

*2 guavas
*2 mangos
*1/2 Lt of soda

Wash the fruits, peel them, reserving their skins, for another occasion, to dehydrate them, because we must take advantage of everything.

Cut into small cubes the fruits, and take a bowl and I was mixing them a little at a time without stirring to avoid spoiling the fruits, and put it in the fridge for 1 hour, to let them intermingle their flavors.
While I put the husks to dry on a griddle in the sunlight, this process I will show you on another occasion, when the time was over.
I took the bowl out of the refrigerator along with the soda that was in the remaining pitcher and that had been previously sweetened with sweetener before consumption, because it really had no sugar whatsoever, I remind you that the kitchen is not my favorite area of the house.

Little by little I slowly began to incorporate this soft drink to take advantage of it and to serve as a base without losing the sweetness of the natural fruits.
