There are so many muscles in the body and so many exercises for each of them (usually). And if you workout for a while you'll get to find out your favourite exercises for each body part. These are mine for the biceps.
It has to do with switching from hammer to regular curls every two reps, it works like magic! Or at least feels like magic! 😃
