近些年我一直被肠胃问题,消化问题困扰,饭后肚子胀气,打嗝,没胃口等等,相信有这方面问题的人群也不少。为了缓解这些症状我也试过很多药物,比如益生菌,促进胆汁分泌的,肠胃溃疡的,肠易激综合征的等等,这些药物确实有效果,可是呢一旦停止服用没多久又会不舒服了,特别是吃了冷的,辣的。
白领每天在写字楼,连吃饭大多都是外卖,吃完午饭又直接趴在桌上睡觉,这一天下来鲜有机会出去走走。虽然我深知这种习惯对肠胃问题雪上加霜,但是习惯改变起来真是困难。
最近这几日我下定决心非得在吃饭后多走动走动,首先上个周末连续两天我都跑步了,虽然每次只跑了两公里多,但也能满头大汗了,还挺舒服,这天气跑完坐地上休息,再打几个嗝,非常舒服。然后周一周二不管是午饭还是晚饭,吃完我都绕着公司散步,差不多也走两公里多,就这么坚持了几天,也没再吃药,却是舒服了不少。这我的亲身体验说明了饭后走动的重要性!而且户外鸟语花香,风和日丽,心情也大好!

It's very comfortable to sit on the ground after running in this weather, and burp a few more times. Then on Mondays and Tuesdays, whether it was lunch or dinner, after I finished eating, I walked around the company for almost two kilometers. I kept going like this for a few days, and I didn’t take any more medicine, but I felt a lot better. This my own experience illustrates the importance of walking around after meals! And the birds and flowers are fragrant outdoors, the wind is sunny, and the mood is also very good!
