A post two days in a row!
I have a long term goal of being able to do a one-arm pushup and a one-arm pullup. This goal will force me to be as strong as possible while also weighing as little as possible. So I think it is a good goal as I am getting older. I am nearly 44 right now. My diet is not super clean but I have always been naturally thin.
I don't feel as young as I once did despite taking a lot of supplements that I didn't take back then. Though I am physically just as strong and I must still look young at least to some people. I was actually asked for ID while buying beer the other day.
