October, equally rapid, right?

I was actually on the Greek island of Kos for my first day on October 1st, and was unable to reply on the hotel wi-fi... Then, as ever, time slipped (or raced) by as it has a tendency to do. I was intending to be around these parts a little more but I overdone it on holiday and suffered for it since.

Hence a new round of appointments at hospital and doc's, next weeks appointment list is pretty full already, but as ever, I am optimistic about getting back in charge of things and climbing uphill again.

The difference in 2 years to the day is night and day, I am super-thankful for that and take the bumps in the road in good humour.

I hope you are good man and life is bobbing along in a pleasant manner, no need for major excitement or greatest days ever, good, boring and average are all good, youth didn't teach me this but age certainly has.

You are quite accustomed to hugely tardy replies from me so I am sure I am forgiven 🤣 and probably right on time (for me lol)
