¡Saludos! apreciada comunidad de Hive! es un placer publicar, por primera vez, en esta comunidad, siempre sigo sus post y los que comparten los integrantes de Geek Zone, por eso ahora es un orgullo haberme atrevido a hacerlo yo misma, ya que considero que son excelentes y muy buen contenido todas.

Todo el que me conoce sabe que paso mucho tiempo del día con mis dos grandes pasiones, las plantas que cultivo en mi herbolario y los videojuegos, como no soy muy aficionada a juegos de batallas (aunque sí de estrategias), disparos y otros por el estilo, los que han cautivado mi corazón, muchas veces parecen juegos de niño. Incluso hubo una época en que mis sueños eran de comiquitas, y soñaba con Mario Kart 64, yo conduciendo uno de los carritos y explotando las trampas al mi alrededor.

Mi hija es otra gamer empedernida, aunque ella prefiere Minecraft y League of Legends, también baja algunos otros en su iPad y a veces peleamos, porque ella dice que se los robo, y así es, tiene razón, cuando está ocupada en sus deberes, yo aprovecho para instalarme en su tablet y jugar Plants vs Zombies 2, uniendo así dos de mis pasiones, las plantas y el juego. Pero todas las acciones tienen su karma señores, la mía ha sido tener que enfrentarme con el Dr. Zombie.

Realmente Plants vs Zombies 2 es un juego que me gusta mucho, requiere habilidad de visualización para detectar las posibles amenazas, y mucha rapidez mental para reaccionar a ellas. Es un juego para niños, lo sé, pero soy una niña de corazón.

A medida que el juego avanza su dificultad aumenta, lo que ha hecho que me estanque en algunos de los mundos, los más difíciles de pasar son esos en los que tengo que plantar algunas de las especies de plantas que ya tengo desbloqueadas si superar un número mínimo de energía (2000 soles, por ejemplo), porque a mi me gusta colmar el espacio para no darle chance al enemigo. Y otras donde debo planear una defensa con otro número limitado de soles, siempre son 2000, y ver como los zombies acaban conmigo, pues no puedo seguir sembrando para combatir la derrota, pero no me rindo, y en algunos mundos ha triunfado mi estrategia.

Como en la vida real, tengo mis plantas favoritas, algunas vienen predeterminadas, otras las alcanzo al desbloquear niveles dentro de los mundos del juego. Mis favoritas vienen de diferentes niveles, y son la que me permiten detener el paso acelerado de algunos zombies (los odio) como el Lanzaguisantes primitivo que cada guisantes los deja aturdidos y al tercero que lanza los devuelve 3 casillas para atrás, o el Lanza maíz que también arroja bolas de mantequilla y éstas los deja paralizados y ciegos durante unos instantes. También están las plantas que atacan varios zombies a la vez, imprescindibles cuando llegan la hordas de zombies.

Al quedar estancada en algún mundo, mi estrategia es lanzarme a los minijuegos, para evitar cualquier frustración que eso pueda traerme. Y me he hecho muy buena en ellos, sobre todos en los que están dentro de algún mundo, como la Pirámide de la perdición o el Páramo del gran mal, y esto se debe a que me permite ganar monedas que luego me servirán para para enfrentar a los zombies en los niveles donde si puedo avanzar hasta llegar al Dr. Zombie.

Es cierto que luego de un rato ya no puedo jugar mas, pues los zombies parecen comerse mi cerebro en cada partida, es por eso que lo juego para darle tiempo al otro juego donde pierdo el tiempo en la tablet que necesita terminar de fabricar los insumos para las misiones o expansiones del juego, pueden revisar mi post sobre SimCity aquí. Everyone who knows me knows that I spend a lot of time of the day with my two great passions, the plants I grow in my herbalist and video games, as I am not very fond of battle games (although I am very fond of strategies), shooting and others like that, those that have captivated my heart, often seem like children's games. There was even a time when my dreams were of comic books, and I dreamed of Mario Kart 64, me driving one of the carts and exploding the traps around me.

My daughter is another hardcore gamer, although she prefers Minecraft and League of Legends, she also downloads some others on her iPad and sometimes we fight, because she says I steal them, and she is right, when she is busy with her homework, I take the opportunity to install myself on her tablet and play Plants vs Zombies 2, thus joining two of my passions, plants and gaming. Actually Plants vs Zombies 2 is a game that I really like, it requires visualization skills to detect possible threats, and a lot of mental quickness to react to them. It's a game for kids, I know, but I'm a kid at heart.

As the game progresses its difficulty increases, which has made me stagnate in some of the worlds, the most difficult to pass are those where I have to plant some of the plant species that I have already unlocked if I exceed a minimum number of energy (2000 suns, for example), because I like to fill the space to not give the enemy a chance. And others where I have to plan a defense with another limited number of suns, always 2000, and see how the zombies finish me, because I can not continue planting to combat defeat, but I do not give up, and in some worlds my strategy has triumphed.

As in real life, I have my favorite plants, some come by default, others I reach by unlocking levels within the game worlds. My favorites come from different levels, and are the ones that allow me to stop the accelerated pace of some zombies (I hate them) as the primitive Pea Thrower that each pea leaves them stunned and the third one throws them back 3 squares back, or the Corn Thrower that also throws butterballs and these leave them paralyzed and blind for a few moments. There are also the plants that attack several zombies at once, essential when the zombie hordes arrive.

When I get stuck in a world, my strategy is to jump into the mini-games, to avoid any frustration that might bring me. And I have become very good at them, especially in those that are inside a world, such as the Pyramid of Doom or the Wasteland of the Great Evil, and this is because it allows me to earn coins that will later serve me to face the zombies in the levels where I can advance until I reach Dr. Zombie.
