Adobong chicken feet is simmered until tender with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves. And one of my secret recipe is adding a ginger, oyster sauce and sprite for a tenderizing sweetness. This dish is not just tasty it is also healthy, it is rich source of collagen, protein and nutrients that support for skin and help strengthen bones.
My husband loves Adobong chicken feet specially when there's a lot of chili since we are from bicol that's why we really enjoy eating with lots of chili. This food also famous as a "pulutan" (bar snacks).
