I have always loved fruits since I was little. Nothing is quite as soothing as their sweetness or freshness. When I eat fruit I feel calm and full in a way that no other food can satisfy me. If I eat a mango after school on a warm day or an apple in the morning, I feel happy and energized.
I eat fruit because I enjoy it and know that it nourishes my body and mind. They allow me to receive all the vitamins I need to get through the day. When I'm feeling down or overwhelmed I have fruit and instantly feel better. It's a good habit to have and keeps me happy.
