How are you doing, guys? May your day be filled with joy at all times. Yesterday was Wednesday, January 11, 2023. I was at Rafflesia Medical Center for an appointment with my surgeon doctor.
I am now cleared to undergo surgery after receiving my blood results. Then I was advised to come in for my x-ray and electrocardiogram. Appointments begin at 10:15 a.m. But I left at 9:30 a.m. to avoid being late.
I just got back from seeing my doctor surgeon. I went immediately to my friend's spa shop in Center Point, Kota Kinabalu. My purpose in going there was to invite her to breakfast and lunch, but there were a lot of customers.
While waiting for my friend to finish her work, I ate a maggi cup and drank a can of milo as a stomach pad. We also have a meeting with the home unit agent at Marina Court at 3pm. After finishing my friend's work, we went to the Marina Court Condominium Apartment.
We took some time after our discussion with the real estate agent to decide whether or not to take the unit. Before reaching a final choice, we should have a discussion.
My former housemate from Kota Belud was also in Kota Kinabalu at the same time. She took the time to meet me and my friend after we hadn't seen each other in a long time.
She also didn't leave empty-handed; she gave me a box of mandarin oranges and a box of chocolate wafers as a gift. This is one of my treasure: I have many nice friends who care about our friendship. And I really appreciate it.
I had skipped breakfast and lunch for almost a day. I'm terribly hungry. Without wasting time, I ordered grab food and my friend's Nasi Penyek. This rice is, without a doubt, the greatest I've ever had in Kota Kinabalu.
Those interested in visiting Kota Kinabalu can visit the Penyet Place store at Oceanus, Kota Kinabalu. You will not be disappointed because the taste and portion of nasi penyek there are well worth it.
My homestay's water supply was also slightly disrupted last night. Water problems affected not only my unit, but the entire Marina Court apartment in Kota Kinabalu.
Water is available after about 10 p.m. I rushed to take a shower and fill up the water storage as a backup supply in case the water problem occurred again. When I think about it, it's better to have no electricity than no water.
How was your day, my blog reader? Did you have a wonderful day? For me, yesterday was a meaningful day for me after meeting with my surgeon and my friends. This Saturday is my next appointment and if the decision has been made on next Saturday. Most likely in the next week I will have surgery.
Pray for the best for me. And for those of you who have health problems, always focus more on yourself because health is more important than money. Money can indeed be found, but to find money, health must be good.
