Saludos comunidad de #HC, el día de hoy estuve realizando una rutina, la cual consiste en llevarme al límite. Mi objetivo con esta rutina es familiarizarla para que luego no cause ningún efecto.

| 10 fondos en barra | x5 |
| 20 flexiones | x5 |
Teniendo en cuenta que son 5 repeticiones, tomé un descanso de 5 minutos entre series. Me motivé a crear esta rutina porque siento que no me causan efecto las rutinas normales.

Keeping in mind that it's 5 reps, I took a 5 minute rest between sets. I was motivated to create this routine because I feel that normal routines don't work for me.
