We've been very lucky that not too far from where we live is an abandoned railway tunnel. Its a bit of an ankle breaking expedition to get in, and a fallen tree to clamber over too, but once you're in, its great lol!
But genuinely once in, its dry and dark and has serious potential as a daylight lghtpainting location.
The below was a shot taken with and his LED panel that was stood behind me. We did a straight shot of me holding my torch, then angled the camera and rotated. The colours work an absolute treat and blend really nicely too..
The next shot with a laser was kind of where we started.
Id had the idea to do the silhouette shot and then angle the camera and manually rotate. Its not the shot I envisioned, as I wanted a kaleidoscope of laser lines rather than seeing the source point but I am still happy with the shot..
As a photographer I try to mix what I do in my shots, I've done still life, some macro work, lightpainting and I enjoy a good model shoot. If you'd like to check out any of my other work I'm on Facebook, or you can find me on Instagram under neilru75
