On this day 05/31/2024 I feel very happy because almost always at home in the mornings (daily routine) as I dedicate myself to static movements I decided to try the Elbow Front Lever, this being a variant of the Victorian that consists of placing the forearms On the bar and with the same front lever posture, the body is dropped until it is parallel to the floor. At that moment I tried it and the truth came out, because it made me very happy when I achieved it, although personally it does not attract much attention to me, as it is a variant of Victorian I will continue practicing it, it should be noted that I have a Front Lever already a little dominated with a maximum of 12 to 10 seconds with good posture.
