Training the human flag
Greetings friends of #hive and the #swc community, I am here to share with you some photos of my training, as you can see it consisted mainly of pushing exercises and progressions for flag, the pushing exercises were dips on parallel bars with the torso leaning slightly forward in order to focus more on the pectorals, bar dips and deep chest push-ups to increase the work of the pectorals as with the dips, on the other hand, the progressions for flag consisted of a kind of vertical flag with a hold of a few seconds and a slight incline trying to get close to 45 degrees. As for the pushing exercises, they were not difficult for me, since I have a good command of them and I usually do them quite frequently. I did several sets of these with an average number of repetitions of between 12 and 16 each, while the flag progressions were one of the first times that I found it comfortable to do them, it was also one of the first times that I managed to do the approach to 45 degrees, which made me very excited and motivated me to continue training it more and more until I was able to master it.
