and today I bring you a full body routine for beginners, very quick and easy to do, it consists of 5 exercises focused on different muscle groups, both the torso and lower body.

Each exercise will be made up of 4 sets of the maximum number of repetitions you can perform, with breaks of 2 to 3 minutes between sets. You must perform the routine a minimum of 2 times per week. If you still find pull-ups complicated, you can replace them with Australian ones or if, on the contrary, an exercise is very easy for you, you can replace it with a more advanced progression.
