Tomando los días con serenidad y virtud, e estado de vuelta con las mejores fotos para poder compartir con todos vosotros 🇪🇦, para que gozen 🤸🏼♂️.
Empezando con la presentación de los atletas, para luego poner las canciones correspondientes a cada ronda, los atletas llevaban 1 minuto para presentarse.
Luego cada ronda presentaba a el dúo de los atletas para que puedan destacarse al momento, y dar lo mejor de ellos mismos.
Y al final, solo 3 dúos alcanzaron la gloria, con más de 40 atletas, todos dieron lo mejor de cada uno, y con los premios esperándoles.
Espero de aquí a un buen tiempo, poder ver a varios de los que estuvieron en las bajas y altas, y de paso a los buenos compañeros que pude conocer, por vía de esta rama de vida, llamada calistenia.

Starting with the presentation of the athletes, and then playing the songs corresponding to each round, the athletes took 1 minute to introduce themselves.
Then each round presented the duo of the athletes so that they could stand out at the moment, and give the best of themselves.
And in the end, only 3 duos reached glory, with more than 40 athletes, all gave the best of each one, and with the prizes waiting for them.
I hope in a good time, to be able to see several of those who were in the downs and ups, and by the way the good companions that I was able to meet, through this branch of life, called calisthenics.
