Mi ejercicio se baso en press de lean planche hasta llegar al fallo y descansar entre series de 5 a 7 minutos para darle suficiente descanso a los hombros y muñecas luego hice un aproximado de 4 y/o 5 series, luego pase hacer aguante de tuck planche con mi tiempo máximo de aguante de 11 segundos con un poco de press entre segundo para subirle la dificultad. Y luego pasaba a hacer intentos de aguante de stradle-planche lo cual no tengo ni stradle ni ningún segundo jajaja pero ya saben nada sale a la primera esto se basa en entrenamiento arduo y constante
La verdad que mi rutina no se se me funcionará, alguien de la comunidad que ya domine la full-planche me haga saber una buena rutina de full-planche se lo agradecería mucho ya que soy uno más como todos en esta gran comunidad en querer dominar este estático
My workout was based on a lean planche press to failure, resting for 5 to 7 minutes between sets to give my shoulders and wrists enough rest. Then I did approximately 4 or 5 sets. Then I moved on to a tuck planche hold with my maximum hold time of 11 seconds, with a few presses between seconds to increase the difficulty. And then he moved on to trying stradle-planche holds, which I don't have a stradle or any other second, haha, but you know, nothing works the first time. This is based on hard and constant training.
The truth is that my routine won't work for me. If someone in the community who has already mastered the full-planche could let me know a good full-planche routine, I would greatly appreciate it, since I am just another one, like everyone else in this great community, who wants to master this static exercise.
