Luego de descansar bien por la tarde me preparo para recibir a mis amigos. Ellos llegan con mucha energía y ganas de entrenar. Nos saludamos, ponemos la música que nos motiva y empezamos a calentar. Hacemos algunos ejercicios básicos de movilidad, flexibilidad y activación muscular.
After resting well in the afternoon I prepare to receive my friends. They arrive with a lot of energy and desire to train. We greet each other, we put on the music that motivates us and we start to warm up. We do some basic mobility, flexibility and muscle activation exercises.
Luego, pasamos a la parte divertida: el Freestyle. Cada uno tiene su propio estilo y sus propios trucos. Nos turnamos para hacer nuestras rutinas, mientras los demás nos animan y nos graban. Intentamos hacer movimientos nuevos, desafiantes y espectaculares. Algunos salen bien, otros no tanto, pero lo importante es divertirse y mejorar.
Then, we move on to the fun part: the Freestyle. Each one has their own style and their own tricks. We take turns doing our routines, while the others cheer us on and record us. We try to do new, challenging and spectacular movements. Some turn out well, others not so much, but the important thing is to have fun and improve.
Después de unas horas de Freestyle, nos tomamos un descanso. Bebemos agua y hablamos de nuestras experiencias, nuestros objetivos y nuestros planes. Nos damos consejos, nos felicitamos y nos reímos. Somos un equipo, una familia.
After a few hours of Freestyle, we took a break. We drink water and talk about our experiences, our goals and our plans. We give each other advice, we congratulate each other and we laugh. We are a team, a family.
Finalmente, hacemos una sesión de estiramiento y relajación. Nos agradecemos por el entrenamiento y nos despedimos. He pasado un día increíble haciendo freestyle en mi casa junto a mis compañeros de entrenamiento.
Finally, we do a stretching and relaxation session. We thank each other for the training and say goodbye. I spent an incredible day freestyleing at home with my training partners.
