Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo algunas fotos despues de haber culminado el entrenamiento, aprovechando el último día de entrenamiento de la semana para tomarnos algunas fotos mis compañeros y yo, reflejando el trabajo duro y constancia que conlleva este deporte, obteniendo así un físico que en un principio ninguno buscaba, como bien significa la calistenia en en el antiguo griego belleza y fortaleza, para obtener el verdadero poder de la calistenia y street workout se debe entrenar mucho durante un tiempo considerable, llegando así a la belleza del cuerpo y fortalecimiento del mismo.
