Hey everyone in the #hive and #swc community! I hope you're all doing well. A big hello to all the calisthenics enthusiasts out there, who always put their heart and soul into every workout. Today I want to share with you how my training session went. It was an especially productive day because I was able to train with my clan_ast teammates, and we also met up at my good friend
's house. The energy of training in a group always motivates me and helps me push myself further.
We decided to focus on basic exercises to strengthen our chest, since during the week I noticed I needed to work on that area more, especially my pectorals and triceps. To achieve this, we did a comprehensive continuous circuit that included dips on parallel bars, dips on a pull-up bar, and diamond push-ups using the parallel bars, doing ten reps of each exercise per round.
We completed four rounds in total, resting between three and five minutes after each round, depending on how we felt. Maintaining proper form was key, with controlled movements both going down and coming up, to avoid injuries and ensure that the effort translated into real muscle growth. I highly recommend trying this routine if you're looking to gain strength and endurance in your upper body. It's challenging, but the results are worth it.
