🌕Night Workout at the Concrete Block Court🌕
Hey everyone on #hive and #swc! How are all my friends in the community doing? I hope everyone is working hard on their workouts and getting stronger every day. I wanted to share that my day was a bit hectic with work, so I left a little later than usual. Since the concrete block court is near my workplace, I decided to stop by to keep up my training routine and get in a quick evening workout.
I arrived around eight o'clock, when the atmosphere is calm and cool, perfect for training without the heat. I started with some basic exercises, since the idea was to keep my body active without pushing myself too hard. I did some dips, a few sets of tuck planche, deep push-ups, and to finish, some angel swings, which I almost always include in my workouts. For each exercise, I did between 9 and 15 repetitions, adjusting the number based on difficulty: I start with the hardest and work my way down to the easier ones.
Honestly, even though it was a short session, I loved it because it's not just about going all out, but about keeping the body moving. Sometimes too much rest can actually hold you back, especially if you want to improve strength or static movements. So, I put together a light workout, the kind that activates the muscles and gives you that feeling of continued progress. Ultimately, the important thing is to maintain momentum and keep moving forward, no matter the time of day.
