⚡✨Routine to Strengthen Your Abs✨⚡
Hello to the entire #Hive community and my #SWC friends! I hope you're all working hard on calisthenics and getting closer to your goals every day. Today I want to share a little bit about my workout, which was fully focused on working the abs, because we know that a strong core is the foundation for improving any static movement like the front lever, the planche, and even for better balance in the handstand.
The routine was simple but super effective. First, I warmed up and then started with a circuit in which I walk horizontally on parallel bars, bringing my knees to my chest and returning to the starting position for 30 seconds. Then I repeat, but this time with my legs together for another 30 seconds. I do this mini circuit three times, resting between 40 seconds and a minute. It feels amazing on the abs, believe me.
Then I moved on to the L-sits: I hold for 10 seconds in the normal position and then do a folded L-sit for 8 seconds. I repeat this three times, resting for the same amount of time. The idea is to strengthen your core because, without a solid core, advanced tricks become twice as difficult. Feel free to try this routine. You don't need much equipment, just a desire to train and consistency
