I started with a light warm-up, paying special attention to protecting the calluses. I did pull-ups, scapular push-ups, and appropriate stretches to prepare my body. Then, I focused on the full planche, trying to see how long I could hold it. I managed to hold it for 5 seconds, which is longer than I used to. I repeated the attempt several times and managed to hold it for the same amount of time three times, which I consider a great improvement.
As for the Victorian lever, I managed to adjust my posture and correct the mistakes that were hindering the movement before. After several attempts, I was able to better understand the technique, and now all that remains is to practice it consistently to perfect it. The straddle planche, a variation I've mastered much more thanks to frequent practice, was worked on with several repetitions of the wide straddle, trying to hold it for as long as possible.
Finally, the front lever has shown a noticeable improvement in my endurance. I can perform several attempts without problems and manage to hold it for up to 7-8 seconds, even transitioning to another variation after a long hold. This progress motivates me to continue training with discipline and patience, knowing that every effort brings me closer to my goals.
