Saludos amigos de #Hive y compañeros de #SWC, en este post les comparto un poco de mi entrenamiento, nuevamete fue con mis amigos pero hoy si me puese a entrenar con ellos e hicimos de todo un poco, varios me han dicho que querían aprender el 360° y me dediqué a explicar los movimientos y la verdad no van nada mal.
Greetings friends of #Hive and fellow #SWC, in this post I share with you a little of my training, again it was with my friends but today I got to train with them and we did a little bit of everything, several have told me they wanted to learn the 360° and I dedicated myself to explain the movements and the truth is not bad at all.
Luego nos dedicamos a entrenar pectorales, comenzamos con fondos al fallo, realizamos 4 series. Luego ibamos a hacer flexiones pero comenzo a llover y no pudimos terminar. Y bueno amigos esto ha sido mik post espero les haya gustado. estaré subiendo contenido durante esta semana. Soy
