Mantendríamos la técnica del ejercicios hasta llegar a la fallo, si las repeticiones no te hace llegar al fallo muscular aumenta la repeticiones, así trabajaríamos bien los músculos implicados.
We would maintain the technique of the exercise until you reach failure, if the repetitions does not make you reach muscle failure increase the repetitions, so we would work well the muscles involved.
