Generalmente nos estamos reuniendo para poder entrenar en grupo al menos una vez a la semana ya que la mayoría viven un poco alejados y siempre terminamos haciendo entrenamiento en varios grupos dependiendo que tan cerca estamos uno de otros, y por esa razón estos días son importantes por que terminamos motivándonos y esforzándonos para mejorar en nuestro objetivos en este bello deporte.
Ahora de mi parte no soy alguien que se especialice en freestyle o dinámicos en general, mi enfoque es más a los estáticos y power moves por ya motivos personales, pero soy una persona que disfruta ver unas buenas ejecuciones y buenas combinaciones pues esto para mí es lo más vistoso de la calistenia.
Y ya hablando de mis amigos pues hoy llegaron muy motivados y sacando por fin trucos nuevos, como pasa vayas, ginger y doble 540, trucos que requieren su practica para poder salir a la perfección y por fin están viendo los frutos de sus entrenamientos, y por mi parte grabarlos y mostrar las ejecuciones de cada uno de ellos y que puedan apreciar el entusiasmo que causa el freestyle. We usually get together to train as a group at least once a week, since most of us live a bit far apart and we always end up training in different groups depending on how close we are to each other. That's why these days are important, because we end up motivating each other and pushing ourselves to improve our goals in this beautiful sport.
Now, I'm not someone who specializes in freestyle or dynamics in general. My focus is more on static and power moves for personal reasons, but I'm someone who enjoys seeing good executions and good combinations because, for me, that's the most eye-catching part of calisthenics.
Speaking of my friends, today they arrived very motivated and finally pulling off new tricks, such as vayas, ginger, and double 540, tricks that require practice to be able to perform perfectly, and they are finally seeing the fruits of their training.
