Realiza cada ejercicio por un tiempo de 30 segundos a 1 minutopor serie, con 3-4 series por ejercicio, y descansando alrededor de 30 segundos a 1 minuto entre cada serie.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute per set, with 3-4 sets per exercise, and resting for about 30 seconds to 1 minute between each set.
Start in a high plank position, with hands positioned slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Bend your elbows and slowly lower your body towards the floor, making sure to keep your body straight and squeeze your core. Then, extend your arms and return to the starting position.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, slowly lower your body down by bending your knees, keeping your chest lifted and your body weight on your heels. Keep your back straight and your knees should not go past the tips of your toes. Return to the starting position by lifting your legs.
Stand with feet shoulder width apart, then take a big step forward. Slowly lower your body downward by bending both knees, making sure to keep the knee of your front leg in a straight line with your ankle. Return to the starting position and alternate legs.
Place your forearms firmly on the floor, with your elbows just below your shoulders. Lift your body into a straight line from head to toe. Be sure to keep your buttocks tight and your core tight. Hold for as long as you can.
We will place more hands at the height of the men and do a pull-up, as we go up we will hold for 10 seconds at the top, then lower to the middle and hold for 10 more seconds, then extend the arms fully and hold for the last 10 seconds
