¿Cómo va todo comunidad de #SWC? Espero que muy bien la verdad porque hoy les vengo con un nuevo post, que la verdad está muy lindo y espero que les guste ❤.
Esta fue una sesión de fotografías que tomé el día de hoy en la mañana en mi entrenamiento de empuje en un lugar muy bonito de la Vereda del Lago el cual me trae muchos recuerdos, ya que mis compañeros y yo cuando iba empezando en la Calistenia veníamos a trotar en las mañanas hasta llegar aquí y ver el amanecer para después entrenar 💪. El cielo, el lago, el aire que se respira aquí creo que son los principales puntos por los que encuentro mucha paz en este lugar también 🙏🏻🍃.
En una de las fotografías me encuentro yo haciendo el pino el cual subí a fuerza y me emocione mucho, ya que dure unos cuantos segundos 😅.
Entrenar es una forma de meditar para mí y me encanta que sea de una manera tan bonita ❤

How is everything going #SWC community? I hope very well the truth because today I come to you with a new post, which the truth is very nice and I hope you like it ❤.
This was a photo shoot that I took today in the morning in my push training in a very nice place of Vereda del Lago which brings me many memories, since my teammates and I when I was starting in Calisthenics came to jog in the mornings until we got here and see the sunrise and then train 💪. The sky, the lake, the air that you breathe here I think are the main points why I find a lot of peace in this place too 🙏🏻🍃.
In one of the pictures I find myself doing the pine tree which I climbed by force and I got very excited, as I lasted a few seconds 😅.
Training is a way of meditating for me and I love that it's in such a beautiful way ❤.
