Mi pareja le dijo a Milagro si podía entrenar con ella, ya que a mí me daba un poco de pena decirle yo misma. Ella le dijo que sí, así que comenzamos a hacer una rutina de piernas. Me explicó los ejercicios que se iban a realizar y que los íbamos a hacer turnados, ya que se iban a hacer con unas ligas de ella. Cada una hicimos los mismos ejercicios con las mismas series; pero Milagro hizo un poco más de repeticiones que yo y los ejercicios que hicimos fueron los siguientes.
Sentadillas: 4 series de 10 rep.
Sentadillas tipo sumo: 4 series de 10 rep.
Sacadas: 4 series de 15 rep.
Extensión de piernas con ligas: 4 series de 15 rep.
My partner asked Milagro if she could train with her, since I was a little embarrassed to ask her myself. She said yes, so we started doing a leg routine. She explained the exercises we were going to do and that we were going to take turns, since they were going to be done with some of her resistance bands. We each did the same exercises with the same sets, but Milagro did a few more repetitions than I did. The exercises we did were as follows.
Squats: 4 sets of 10 reps.
Sumo squats: 4 sets of 10 reps.
Deadlifts: 4 sets of 15 reps.
Leg extensions with bands: 4 sets of 15 reps.
