- tucked advance planche max Max aguantes 4 series
-tucked planche con flexiones 10 reps x 4 series
-tucked planche agarre supino max aguantes x 4 series
-lean planche maltés max aguantes + flexiones de diamante 12 reps x 4 series
-flexiones profundas en miniparalelas 12 reps x 4 series.
