Hello, friends! I hope you're having a good day. Today I want to share some photos of my training with you, where I continue to work on body weight control, especially with static exercises like the plank. I've also been focusing a lot on proprioception, which is basically how I feel and control my body with every movement. In these images, you'll see some of that progress and the effort I continue to put into calisthenics every day.
Each workout I focus on something different, but always with the idea of continuing to advance, raising the bar little by little. The most important thing of all is to enjoy the moment, feel what you do, and realize how you're pushing your own limits. Mentally, it's also key to maintain a positive attitude and give 100% in every set and repetition, because that's where real change begins. All of this has helped me a lot, not only physically but also in my daily life. It's something I value greatly.
Mi consejo para ustedes es que siempre se pongan metas claras y piensen a largo plazo. Así cada día pueden avanzar un poco más. Mantengan los sueños grandes, pero con los pies en la tierra. ¡Sigan adelante! La calistenia no solo cambia tu cuerpo, también cambia tu forma de pensar y de vivir.
