Hola, qué tal amantes del deporte y de la calistenia. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes otro blog de superación personal en el que me dirigí al parque Bolívar 2000 para realizar un entreno mixto que, espero, pueda agradarles. Mi intención es no solo mostrar lo que hago, sino también motivarlos a que se sumen a este gran deporte que transforma vidas y, sobre todo, transforma el cuerpo con disciplina y constancia.

Desde muy temprano me levanté con una energía fresca, lleno de motivación y con la expectativa de que sería un gran día de entrenamiento. Y así fue. Apenas llegué al parque, sentí la conexión con el ambiente y confirmé que tenía razón: fue un entreno increíble. En esta ocasión me enfoqué en trabajar plancha y front, combinando ambos movimientos con la intención de ganar resistencia y, al mismo tiempo, obtener mayor dominio de los estáticos. Aunque todavía algunos detalles de la técnica necesitan más forma, puedo decir con sinceridad que estoy satisfecho con los logros alcanzados.

Hello, how are you, sports and calisthenics lovers? Today I want to share with you another personal development blog where I headed to Bolívar 2000 Park for a mixed workout that I hope you enjoy. My intention is not only to show what I do, but also to motivate you to join this great sport that transforms lives and, above all, transforms the body with discipline and perseverance.

I woke up very early with fresh energy, full of motivation, and anticipating a great day of training. And it was. As soon as I arrived at the park, I felt the connection with the environment and confirmed that I was right: it was an incredible workout. This time, I focused on working on the plank and front press, combining both movements with the intention of building endurance and, at the same time, gaining greater mastery of static exercises. Although some details of the technique still need more improvement, I can honestly say that I am satisfied with the achievements.

Cada progreso, por pequeño que sea, me recuerda que estamos avanzando y que poco a poco vamos conquistando cada meta planteada. Esto no se trata solo de entrenar el cuerpo, sino también de entrenar la mente, porque cada sesión es un reto personal. Estoy convencido de que en la próxima ocasión será mucho mejor, ya que cuento con el apoyo y la motivación que ustedes me transmiten al leer estas publicaciones y dejar sus comentarios.
