I always try to make a difference in every workout, and with each passing day, a new result is achieved. Today was another one of those days where I faced the challenge of overcoming the barrier of bodyweight mastery. Although sometimes days aren't the best, there's always the opportunity to give it my all in every attempt. So, without further ado, here are some motivating images of today's workout, as a sincere glimpse of my progress and a new step on the path to full planche.
This day was quite comfortable, and the best part was having great company, as some colleagues from San Cristóbal came to visit and brought an incredible vibe that further elevated the mood of the workout. Motivation was at its peak, as each of us gave our all, pushing our own limits while sharing efforts, techniques, and motivation. We worked on strengthening exercises while supporting each other, which made the whole experience truly beautiful and enriching. Plus, the weather was perfect, and along with the atmosphere created, everything flowed naturally, making training a true pleasure. By the end, I felt refreshed, satisfied, and filled with such positive energy that I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share this experience with all of you.
Para mí, cada intento es un logro. No importa si aún falta mucho por recorrer, porque el simple hecho de intentarlo ya me hace sentir que estoy avanzando. Y eso también es valioso: reconocer que aún hay camino por delante, pero que estoy más cerca que ayer. Hoy puedo decir con certeza que me estoy acercando, paso a paso. For me, every attempt is an achievement. It doesn't matter if I still have a long way to go, because the simple fact of trying already makes me feel like I'm making progress. And that's also valuable: recognizing that there's still a long way to go, but that I'm closer than yesterday. Today I can say with certainty that I'm getting closer, step by step.
