Hola, ¿qué tal amigos de #hivers y miembros de Street Workout Conmmunity? Es para mí un placer presentarles mi primer taller de dinámicos que realicé este viernes 28 de junio en el parque de los bloques del municipio Ayacucho en el cual tuvieron presentes atletas de los municipios de las Mesas, la fría y Michelena en conjunto de los 2 grupos del municipio, y aunque tuvimos problemas con el mal clima aun así el taller tuvo un excelente desempeñó dejando a los atletas querer más y que de seguro para la próxima habrá mucha más participación sin más preámbulo les procedo a mostrar este taller.
Hello, how are you friends of #hivers and members of Street Workout Community? It is a pleasure for me to present my first dynamic workshop that I held this Friday, June 28, at the park of the blocks of the Ayacucho municipality, in which athletes from the municipalities of Las Mesas, La Fria and Michelena were present together with the 2 groups of the municipality, and although we had problems with the bad weather, the workshop still had an excellent performance leaving the athletes wanting more and surely next time there will be much more participation. Without further ado, I proceed to show you this workshop.

The main objective of the workshop was to help all participants understand what freestyle is, how to achieve it and how to start by showing them the dynamic force that these elements imply when performing a swing, a somersault, among others, for which we begin by mastering a first element or how to achieve it. It also explains the easiest way to perform 2 or more combinations, this being the most important thing if you want to become a top freestyle athlete in the future. Therefore, the first thing we must achieve is 1 dynamic, for which I recommend starting with the 360 swing, a dynamic turn that will help us master the fear of heights and dynamic agility.
But what is Freestyle? Freestyle is the combination of acrobatic exercises that we perform on a bar in which dynamic and static strength are involved, creating impressive choreographies in the air with their own style and unique throughout the world, resulting in spectacular combinations. This is a free style to perform pirouettes and demonstrations of strength, therefore if you are an adrenaline lover I recommend it.
