Greetings, fellow members of the great #SWC community! Today, I'm sharing my mobility workout at home, focused on improving my plank performance. This workout included mobility and control exercises to gain strength, which are essential for mastering the static position. Although I wanted to train at the park today, the constant rain and lack of time due to work responsibilities limited my options. However, as I always say, there are no excuses to skip training, and luckily I managed to make it to this great day. Something I want to highlight is the combination of basic exercises like the pseudo plank, the press, and lean push-ups, which were essential for improving my strength, control, and leverage, fundamental for advancing each day toward my goal.
The experience was very positive, as it allowed me to identify my flaws and weaknesses, giving me clarity on what aspects I need to strengthen and where I need to work more. Today, I've realized how every workout is an opportunity to improve, and although not everything always goes perfectly, I'm confident that with perseverance and focus, I'll take another step toward my goal in the next session. This process isn't easy, but every little bit of progress counts, and that motivates me to keep going.
