Greetings, calisthenics and street workout lovers. Today I want to share with you a very special workout I did yesterday from the comfort of my home. Due to the rain, I couldn't make it to the park, but as I always say: when there's discipline, there are no excuses. Internal motivation prevails over any obstacle, so I focused on giving my best, working with energy and determination to continue progressing on this beautiful path of planking, which requires commitment, perseverance, and, above all, a lot of passion.
On this occasion, I present a series of photographs where you can observe the mastery of bodyweight that has cost me so much to achieve and that I proudly share today. Each image reflects hours of dedication, effort, and internal struggle; moments when my mind wanted to give up, but my heart said, "Keep going." Because every day of training is an opportunity to push myself a little further, to become stronger, not only physically but also mentally.
The routine focused primarily on mobility exercises at the beginning, to properly prepare the body, followed by intense sets of push-ups where I worked on strength, control, and fluidity. Each repetition was performed with full awareness of the movement, seeking to improve technique and consolidate my progress. The goal was clear: to find the balance between power and elegance in each transition. Because the planché isn't just about brute strength, but about absolute body control.
I performed a total of 12 sets, combining handstand push-ups with lean planché push-ups, resting three minutes between each set, until I completed 100 reps. I feel stronger, more comfortable performing them, and more confident in my abilities. This is just the beginning of a long journey, but I know that with discipline, focus, and love for what I do, the results will continue to speak for themselves. So let's go all out and don't look back, because you set the limit.
