Hello, sports lovers. Once again, we're with you, Street Workout Community family. Today we're continuing to be active, working, training, but above all, strengthening our planche. In the future, I'll be able to be active again with this great static planche that I know everyone will enjoy. So, here are some photos of the exercises I performed, focusing on strength in the execution itself, but above all, ensuring fluidity and very useful for continuing to progress.
Today, I focused mainly on mobility, especially to gain greater control and connection with my center of gravity. I was working on exercises like L-sit to pseudo planche, 90-degree planche, tuck to handstand, and tuck to lean planche, which I generally consider very important for achieving the strength required for a full planche, and which will help me continue to progress little by little in this demanding static planche.
It's been two months, and even though I've worked hard on my core, I feel like I still need to gain a lot more strength and control. So, guys, for now, all I have to do is be patient, consistent, disciplined, and keep improving every day so that I can eventually achieve that great result. Soon, I'll be showing you a basic routine, focused only on the plank, ideal for those who are just starting out and don't know how to begin, but are eager to get into this area. Thanks for the support! See you soon, and keep it up: progress comes to those who don't give up.
