Despu茅s de haber hecho una ligera activaci贸n, hab铆a decidido descansar porque me sent铆a muy agotado, pero me sent铆 un poco fuerte y decid铆 tirar solo un combo para hacer una buena activaci贸n y ver qu茅 tan desgastado estaba. La verdad, me sorprendi贸 mucho este combo porque me sali贸 muy bien.
El combo consiste en marcar full en paralelas altas. Como ya saben, estoy utilizando dos bicicletas de spinning pegadas para simular las paralelas altas porque no las tengo.
Bueno, el caso fue que marqu茅 una full con una transici贸n un poco bonita; no s茅 c贸mo se llama, pero me gust贸 bastante. M谩s o menos dur贸 unos dos segundos. Luego baj茅 a flexi贸n, sub铆 a flexi贸n de full, trat茅 de aguantar un poquito arriba, pero no pude; me domin贸 el peso. Regres茅 con un poco de balanceo, volv铆 a estraldel planche, met铆 press + negativa a 90 gradosY sub铆 a estraldel, marcando 2 segundos, y finalic茅 bajando a front, aguantando ah铆 unos tres segunditos.
La verdad, como le dije anteriormente, me sorprendi贸 este combo porque s铆 estaba agotado, pero me sent铆 un poco fuerte.
Fue algo m谩s como un ataque de adrenalina, pero me alegra ver que estoy mejorando en lo que son las supuestas paralelas altas que estoy utilizando. Voy a seguir practicando porque, como saben, ya dentro de poco van a empezar las 茅pocas de competici贸n nuevamente y debo preparar.

After having done a light activation, I had decided to rest because I was feeling very exhausted, but I felt a little strong and decided to just throw in a combo to do a good activation and see how worn out I was. The truth is, I was very surprised by this combo because it turned out very well.
The combo consists of marking full on high parallels. As you know, I'm using two spin bikes stuck together to simulate high parallels because I don't have them.
Well, the fact was that I scored a full house with a somewhat nice transition; I don't know what it's called, but I really liked it. It lasted more or less about two seconds. Then I went down to flexion, I went up to full flexion, I tried to hold on a little bit at the top, but I couldn't; The weight took over me. I came back with a little rocking, I went back to estraldel planche, I put press + negative at 90 degrees and I went up to estraldel, marking 2 seconds, and I ended up going down to front, holding there for about three seconds.
The truth is, as I told you before, I was surprised by this combo because I was exhausted, but I felt a little strong.
It was more of an adrenaline attack, but I'm glad to see that I'm getting better at the supposed high parallels I'm using. I am going to continue practicing because, as you know, soon the competition seasons will begin again and I must prepare.
