La verdad, honestamente no pensé que ganaría este versus contra él. Le tiré todo lo que tenía, literalmente le di con todo, porque era un atleta que, si hablamos de nivel, está a mi mismo nivel, incluso con un grado de limpieza un poco mayor.
Empecé con un aguante de sat que no puede faltar, unas 3 pull ups con aguante, con mala forma, la verdad. Luego pasé a un front a una mano, traté de hacer una pull up a una mano, pero honestamente no me salió muy bien, que digamos.
Luego me fui para plancha, donde tiré full más cuatro flexiones con aguante. Luego, en suelo, metí estraldel + 2 flexiones con aplauso + 2 flexiones normales con aguante y terminé con un aguante de front touch. Como les digo, la verdad no pensé ganar este versus.
Estoy consciente de que di todo y, obvio, que sí confiaba en mí. Sin embargo, el tiro de elementos tenía un grado de limpieza un poco mayor. Yo me llevé dos jueces: el de power y el de dificultad. The truth is, I honestly didn't think I would win this versus against him. I threw everything I had at him, I literally gave him everything, because he was an athlete who, if we talk about level, is at the same level as me, even with a slightly higher degree of cleanliness.
I started with a sat stamina that cannot be missed, about 3 pull ups with stamina, with bad form, to be honest. Then I went to a one-handed front, I tried to do a one-handed pull up, but honestly it didn't turn out very well, so to speak.
