Saludos a todos amigos de #liketu y #swc, hoy fue un gran día de entrenamiento, entrene freestyle y luego una muy buena rutina de front lever, esta vez fui acompañado con un amigo, terminamos el entrenamiento de freestyle y dimos inició al entrenamiento de front lever, como tenía un poco de tiempo sin entrenarlo tampoco fue un entrenamiento muy fuerte , bueno yo pude aguantarlo hasta el final mi amigo que no tiene mucho front lever todavía le costó un poco pero paso a paso irá progresando, fueron 4 series de 4 ejercicios, empezamos con dominadas en tuck avanzando, luego combinamos dominadas normales con aguantes de tuck avanzando, después hicimos press de front lever con liga y aguantes de tuck con el agarre un poco abierto, y para terminar la rutina fueron 10 fondos en paralelas con máximo aguante de tuck otra vez y ya para finalizar 8 dominadas en tuck normal, también pueden implementar esta rutina en sus entrenamientos 💪🏻.
