Saludos amigos de #hive y #swc, en esta oportunidad voy a compartir con ustedes lo que fue mi visita a un parque de calistenia aquí en San Cristóbal, es muy grandioso este parque ya que cuenta con algunas pesas, anillas para ejercitar bien nuestro cuerpo, asi que aproveche para hacer un poco de freestyle, (Movimientos Dinámicos), y también realicé algunos estáticos, tenia mas de una semana sin entrenar asi que me senti un poco pesado pero eso no es excusa, fue una tarde agradable con un buen ambiente en el parque💪🏻.
Greetings friends of #hive and #swc, this time I will share with you what was my visit to a calisthenics park here in San Cristobal, this park is very great because it has some weights, rings to exercise our body well, so I took the opportunity to do some freestyle, (Dynamic Movements), and I also did some static, I had more than a week without training so I felt a little heavy but that's no excuse, it was a nice afternoon with a good atmosphere in the park💪🏻.
