Espero se encuentren muy bien, por acá les saluda nuevamente Joscar Mundo y en esta oportunidad les comparto mi entrenamiento un tanto diferente a los anteriores debido a que lo realice en casa, enfocándome en los hombros, para ir fortaleciéndolos y generar fuerza.
Greetings friends of #liketu and fellow #swc. I hope you are very well, here greets you again Joscar Mundo and this time I share with you my training a little different from the previous ones because I did it at home, focusing on the shoulders, to strengthen them and generate strength.
Realice este entrenamiento un la noche ya casa a las 10 pm debido a que el apartamento donde vivo es un poco pequeño y las actividades diarias que realizamos acá solo iba a estorbar y preferí esperar a que todo estuviera tranquilo y empecé a entrenar. Dure al rededor de una hora haciendo estos ejercicios, los cuales son muy sencillos, pero bastante efectivos para lo que ando buscando que es fuerza.
I did this workout at night and at home at 10 pm because the apartment where I live is a little small and the daily activities that we do here were just going to get in the way and I preferred to wait until everything was quiet and I started to train. I spent about an hour doing these exercises, which are very simple, but quite effective for what I'm looking for which is strength.
Me sentí un poco más débil, pero me imagino que debió ser por la comida y que llevo tres días sin entrenar y todo eso me pudo afectar a la hora de entrenar gracias por todo su gran apoyo de verdad me seguiré esforzando para no perder más días de entrenamientos y llegar a esa meta, espero les hayan gustado estás fotografías sin más nos vemos en una próxima oportunidad.
